It's 5AM
And I've already hit the gym. I only did one mile. But that's a mile I won't have to make up later. I've always gone to the gym before 6AM. So that's not what this post is about. Let me explain.
Did You See Yesterday's Planner
If Not, I urge you to go back and look at it. There is a downloadable PDF for the basic 90 day planner. I am not saying that is YOUR planner. I'm saying this fits MY purposes. You would have to get, or build the template. Then you'd need to customize it for yourself.
The Fitness Project
I print this planner weekly. And I work on it's format weekly. So this is the format for June 29 - July 5, 2025. It is what I call the 'Five Day Focus' page. It's part of the "90 Days From Now" planner.
Let Me Explain
There are three parts to the 90 Days From Now Planner. Those parts all work towards the same goal(s). They just represent the larger goals broken down. Those three parts are:
- 90 Day Planner - This is the overall goals for the 90 day period. Those goals are broken down into these major areas. Focus, Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finance. Each Focus has it's own goal. Each goal has 28 day Challenges
- 28 Day Challenge: This happens at the beginning of each month. For example, July 1st, today, I am reviewing what my goals are in my 90 Day planner. I make adjustments, document them, and create challenges. Those challenges are my goals for the next 28 days. I break those down further to 5ive Day Focuses.
- 5ive Day Focus is what you can see on yesterday's post. It's simply a page that I can make daily notes on. If there is something that comes up, I write it down there.
What About The Fitness Project?
Look to the bottom right of page 6. You see the Fitness project? This is where I write down simple goals for my Fitness this week. One of those goals is to continue to prepare for a 5k. I will be 70 years old on July 17th. I'm going to run a 5K that day. Nothing at an event. Just a personal one. I will be joined by my daughter. Her birthday is July 17th as well. We won't run it side by side. But we will run it together. She will run it where she lives. I will run it here.
Believe it or not, my 5ive minute timer has ended. But only one minute ago. That's the purpose of the Fifty One. Type as fast as you can, get it out on paper... and be done with it.
Have a fantastic day.
